Stone Circles and Standing Stones
In addition to photography, I also love painting with watercolours. Lately, a few people have encouraged me to start sharing some of my artwork here, so for a bit of a change, here are a few of my recent pieces.
I’ve always been drawn to stone circles, standing stones, and other ancient monoliths. There’s something about them that feels deeper than just stone. To me, they carry a kind of energy, a quiet magic that speaks of forgotten times. Painting them is my way of connecting with that mystery, of trying to capture the stillness and spirit they hold. I hope these pieces carry a bit of that feeling to you too.
